VOXIA RH

The file
builds itself.

We take in the candidate, assess them, interview them by voice in their own language and hand you a scored report. Your team steps in when only the finalists are left.

THE PROBLEM

Your team doesn't have a talent problem. It has an hours problem.

Two hundred resumes for one opening. Calendars that collide. Interviews that never happen. English judged by ear, in five minutes, by someone who is already nine calls into the day. And when the right candidate finally shows up, they have been waiting two weeks for an answer and have already taken another offer.

None of that is your team falling short. It is what happens when a process that takes judgment is run by hand.

HOW IT WORKS

From the stack to the finalist, without anyone moving a sheet of paper.

  1. File

The candidate comes in, picks their language and enters their details, their experience and the role they are applying for.

  2. Photograph

They take the photo right there, with their phone camera. It goes into the report.

  3. Assessment

Work history, education, profiles and résumé, automatically cross-checked against what the candidate says in the interview.

  4. Interview

Ashley, our voice agent, runs ten spoken questions and rates the candidate's real English in conversation.

  5. Report

Competency profile, verification and a fit score. It lands in your inbox and your Telegram. The candidate never sees it.

The whole process runs without anyone on your team stepping in. At three in the morning, on a Sunday, or the week half the office is out.

ASHLEY

The interview nobody has time to run

Ashley holds a conversation. She doesn't read a form out loud: she listens to the answer, scores it and moves on. Ten spoken questions, STAR method, and a read on the candidate's real English — the one they speak, not the one they wrote on their resume.

She gives every candidate as much time as it takes, with the same attention on the first interview of the day and on the fortieth.

BILINGUAL

Bilingual for real, not translated

The candidate picks Spanish or English on the way in, and the whole process happens in that language to the end: the questions, Ashley's voice, the entire conversation. The report reaches you in the language you work in.

Hours today = openings × candidates × (minutes per resume + minutes per interview) / 60

Cost today = hours × hourly cost

An estimate built on your own assumptions. It leaves out the cost of a wrong hire, which is usually the most expensive one of all.

YOUR DEPARTMENT

What changes in your department

  • Always on

The process doesn't sleep, doesn't take vacation and doesn't jam up in peak season.

  • One standard, every time

Evaluation number forty gets the same rigor as the first one.

  • On the record

Every report leaves the same structured trail: competencies, verification and fit score.

  • Confidential

The report is yours. The candidate never sees it, and that protects the conversation you have with them afterwards.

  • Your team on their own work

The hours that go into screening today go back where they make a difference: closing the right finalist.

Monday morning you open your inbox and they are already there: the four people who applied over the weekend, each with a scored report, a photo and a verified English level.

You don't have to start. You have to decide.

OBJECTIONS

Objections, head on

Does this replace my HR team?

No. It takes away the part of the work that needs no human judgment — screening, scheduling, taking down details — so the judgment goes where it counts: the final decision and the conversation with the candidate.

What about a candidate who isn't good with technology?

The process runs in the browser on their phone, with nothing to install, in their language. If something gets interrupted, they pick up where they left off.

How do I know the evaluation is fair?

Every candidate answers the same set of questions, scored on the same criteria, with no fatigue and no first-come advantage in the way. The report shows how the score was reached, not just the number.

What about my data?

The infrastructure is ours, and the report goes only to the destinations you set: your inbox and your Telegram.

Can I try it before I decide?

That is what we'd suggest. Walk the whole process as if you were a candidate; it takes a few minutes, and by the end you know exactly what your department gets.

The short way to understand itis to live it.

Walk the whole process the way a candidate lives it. At the end you'll be holding the same report you would get from a real application.
