Terms of Use
The rules for using voxiaa.com, its demos and its AI assistants. Any service you hire is also governed by its written proposal or contract.
Who we are and what this covers
voxiaa.com is operated by Ever Solar Consulting LLC, a company registered in Texas, United States. These terms cover the use of the site, the demos and the AI assistants. Custom services (websites, voice agents and others) are also governed by their proposal or contract; if there is a conflict, the contract prevails. VOXIA RH subscriptions purchased online are governed by these terms.
Who may use it
People 18 or older acting on their own behalf or on behalf of a company they are authorized to represent. If you open an account or receive access to a dashboard, you are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what is done with it.
Acceptable use
You may not: send spam or illegal content; try to breach security or overload the site; scrape data by automated means; copy, decompile or resell the service; impersonate anyone; or use the demos or assistants to deceive third parties.
Artificial intelligence
Ashley and the other assistants are artificial intelligence, not people. They can make mistakes and do not give legal, tax, financial or HR advice. Prices and timelines they mention are indicative until you receive a written proposal. In VOXIA RH the AI helps evaluate, but the hiring decision is always made by a person at the client company, which is responsible for complying with the employment laws that apply to it.
Prices, payments and cancellations
VOXIA RH is sold as a monthly or annual subscription in US dollars (USD). Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor.
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, on the same plan and billing cycle, until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from the customer portal: cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, and no further charges are made after that.
If you change plans, the change is invoiced immediately, prorated for the time left in the period.
The free trial includes 3 interviews, one time only, and requires no card.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, write to info@voxiaa.com and we will review your case. Any applicable taxes will be shown on the invoice.
The agency's other services (websites, voice agents and others) are still quoted and billed under their written proposal or contract.
Intellectual property
The site, the VOXIA brand, the code, the assistants and the templates are ours. Your content remains yours: you allow us to use it only as needed to provide the service. Ownership of a project's deliverables is set in its contract.
Availability
The site and demos are provided as is and as available. We may change, pause or withdraw them at any time, and suspend access for anyone who breaches these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from the use of the site or the demos. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months, or US$100 if you have paid us nothing.
Indemnification
If you use the site in breach of these terms or the law, you agree to cover us against third-party claims resulting from that use.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any dispute will be resolved before the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas, unless your contract says otherwise.
Changes and contact
If we change these terms, we will publish the new version here with its effective date; material changes to hired services are announced by email. Questions: info@voxiaa.com.
