What data voxiaa.com collects when you write to us, talk to Ashley or book a call, what we use it for, who else processes it and how to exercise your rights.
Who we are
VOXIA is a service of Ever Solar Consulting LLC, a company registered in Texas, United States. We are responsible for the data collected on this site. If you take part in a hiring process with VOXIA RH, its own notice applies: /reclutamiento/privacidad.
What we collect
Contact form: your name, email or WhatsApp and what you tell us about your project.
Conversations with Ashley: the chat text and, if you use voice, the audio of what you say and its transcript.
Bookings: name, email and time when you book a call.
Technical data: IP address and browser type in the server logs, for security and to keep the site working.
What we use it for
To reply to you, prepare a proposal, schedule and follow up on your request, and to protect the site from abuse. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising. You can ask us to stop writing to you at any time.
Ashley is artificial intelligence
Ashley is an AI assistant, not a person. She can make mistakes, and anything she says about prices or timelines is indicative until you receive a written proposal. She does not give legal, tax or financial advice. We do not use your conversations to train AI models.
Providers that process your data
We use infrastructure and technology providers that process data only on our behalf and under contract: site hosting and email, artificial intelligence services that generate Ashley's replies and summarize the conversation for our team, speech synthesis (it only receives the text Ashley says), booking calendar and internal alerts to our team.
If you buy a VOXIA RH subscription, payment is processed by Stripe, our payment processor: your card details go directly to Stripe and VOXIA does not store them. We only keep your customer ID and the status of your subscription.
Transcription of your voice runs on our own server. If it fails, your browser may use its own speech recognition service.

Cookies
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, or third-party tracking tools. Your browser may store technical data needed for the site, such as your language preference.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to handle your request and follow up on it, or until you ask us to delete it. Backups are renewed daily and deleted data also disappears from them within 8 days.
Security
The site runs only over HTTPS, internal access is restricted to our team and we make daily backups. If a breach affecting your data ever occurred, we would notify you and the authorities within the deadlines the law requires.
Your rights and how to exercise them
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, receive a copy of it or object to its use, depending on the law that applies to you (for example, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act). Write to info@voxiaa.com from the email you contacted us with; we reply within 45 days.
Minors and changes
This site is not directed at anyone under 18. If we change this notice, we will publish the new version here with its effective date.
